Learn about our services

  • Recovery coaches play three vital roles: help remove obstacles to recovery, link clients to resources in their communities, and serve as personal guides and mentors to assist them on their recovery journey.

We will also walk alongside you in your recovery, promoting healing, accountability and weekly check-ins through in-person, virtual, phone calls and text communication as needed.

  • For the family; we educate and provide insight with ongoing support. We work with you to better understand your role in the addiction and recovery process.

  • The case manager will cultivate relationships with clients to understand their challenges, goals, and circumstances.

We will create a custom-built treatment plan to meet the individual's needs and personalized care based on clinical needs. In addition, we continually evaluate treatment effectiveness and refine the recovery process as circumstances change.

  • Aftercare is a plan to support someone in their early recovery, prevent relapse, and work with them as they work toward their life goals. An aftercare plan includes activities, recovery coaching, and resources to help a recovering person cope with triggers, stress, and cravings they may face after treatment. Each person's aftercare plan will vary based on their own needs.

  • The foundation of recovery is hope and the belief that you can overcome any challenges and conditions. A person's recovery is built on his or her strengths, talents, coping abilities, resources, and inherent values. It is holistic, addresses the whole person and their community, and is supported by peers, friends, and family members.

The process of recovery is highly personal and occurs via many pathways. It may include clinical treatment, medications, faith-based approaches, peer support, family support, self-care, and other approaches. Recovery is characterized by continual growth and improvement in one's health and wellness and managing setbacks. Because setbacks are a natural part of life, resilience becomes a key component of recovery.
